These 4  Mediterranean style villas have 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, kitchen, large covered porch & POOL!  Located less than a mile to the world famous beach in Playa Hermosa 5km south of Playa Jaco. They are located in an established neighborhood nestled between the rain forest and the Pacific Ocean. Sounds waves crashing & amazing wildlife, including toucans and scarlet macaws can be heard in the early morning.  A river and waterfall are just minutes walking distance. The neighborhood is protected by security and consists primarily of expatriates from around the world offering a nice social environment. Located on a 910 meter lot there is plenty of area to enjoy the pool and barbecue with friends.

The Villas were completed in April 2007 designed and constructed by Adam Blackiston a US citizen experienced in construction and property development in Costa Rica. The 1050 sqft or 93 meter sq. villas have a vaulted ceiling with exposed teak beams & the walls are finished in white stucco.  The doors, cabinets, closets and windows are made of the finest  Nicaruguan guanacaste wood.  The hand forged wrought iron chandeliers throughout the house were crafted by a local artesian. The showers and exterior of house are accented with slate rock. The  kitchen and living room windows over look  the swimming pool. The house has an instant hot water heater to conserve electricity and 3 LG  split system  air conditioners to sufficiently cool the home.  This neighborhood is one of the few in the area that offers pure well water and 2 security guards.
