We are based in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica. This area is centrally located 2 hours from the capital, on the coastline.
This is one of the busiest areas in the country for tourism, commerce and outdoor activities.

The owner, Adam Blackiston has invested in real estate in the Playa Hermosa area since 1994. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Wesleyan College with a major in International Relations with a focus in Latin America. Adam has worked in sales, construction and property development and has many contacts in the local area which makes him a valuable asset to any project.
